Product Overview
sellphotos.online is an online photo store for event photographers, schools, colleges, and sports clubs. It lets the organizer upload a shoot with watermarked previews, share a single event link (or print-ready QR code), and sell full-size originals after approving orders.
Guests browse on any phone without an app or sign-up. They take a selfie, and face search helps them find only the photos they’re in across the event. Payments go directly from the buyer to the photographer or organization, with no commission and no payout process through the platform.
Key features
- Upload an event shoot with 27 watermark designs (text or logo) while keeping originals private until approval
- Share one event link or print-ready QR code so guests can browse from any phone without an app or sign-up
- Face search finds photos a guest is in using a selfie matched to that event’s watermarked previews
- Direct payments to the seller (e.g., Zelle or Venmo, or other payment details written by the seller) with order approval before delivery
- Watermark removal after approval and guest download of full-size originals
- Privacy controls: the selfie image is never stored, matching expires after 24 hours, and face search can be turned off per event
How sellphotos.online works
- 1
Upload shoot and set prices
Create an event, upload photos, choose watermark design(s), and set your pricing.
- 2
Share link or QR code
Send guests the event link or print the QR code so they can open the gallery on any phone.
- 3
Selfie match, pay, deliver
Guests take a selfie to find their photos, pay you directly, you approve the order, and they download the full-size originals.
Use cases
- A school sports team uploads match photos with a team logo watermark, shares one link to parents, and lets each parent find their child’s photos via selfie before paying and downloading full-size images.
- An event photographer uploads a wedding or concert gallery, previews stay watermarked, and guests receive a QR code at the venue to locate themselves and pay directly before the photographer approves delivery.
- A college club runs a photo fundraiser: they set event prices, receive payment directly, approve orders, and then remove watermarks so buyers can download originals.
Who is it for?
sellphotos.online is designed for event photographers and organizations like schools, colleges, and sports clubs that need a photo sales workflow for one event at a time. It fits teams that want guests to find their photos quickly without installing an app or creating accounts.
