Check the backlink authority of any website. Powered by Ahrefs.
Domain Rating (DR) is a proprietary metric developed by Ahrefs that measures the overall strength of a website's backlink profile. It's scored on a logarithmic scale from 0 to 100, where higher values indicate a stronger, more authoritative backlink profile.
Unlike simple link counts, DR considers both the quantity and quality of unique referring domains pointing to a website. This makes it one of the most trusted metrics for evaluating a domain's authority in the SEO community.
Because DR uses a logarithmic scale, it's significantly harder to improve your score at higher levels. Moving from DR 20 to DR 30 requires far fewer quality backlinks than moving from DR 60 to DR 70.

Neither is a Google ranking factor. They're third-party estimates useful for comparing websites over time.
