4. Product Submissions

• Products that violate applicable laws, promote illegal activities, or contain harmful content will be removed.
• By submitting a product, you grant LaunchBoard a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute your submission on our platform.

5. Upvoting & Community Guidelines

• Upvote manipulation (using bots, fake accounts, paid votes, or coordinated voting) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of your launch.
• Be respectful in comments and interactions with other community members.
• Spam, harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior will result in account suspension.
• You may not upvote your own products.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Paid launch slots and credit bundles are processed through our third-party payment provider.
• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are non-refundable once your product has been queued or launched, except where required by law.
• If your submission is rejected before launch, you may request a refund or credit.
• Launch credits do not expire and are tied to your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The LaunchBoard platform, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-submitted products), is owned by LaunchBoard and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

• LaunchBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee any specific results, traffic, or visibility from launching on our platform.
• We are not responsible for the products, services, or content submitted by users.
• Backlinks and SEO benefits are provided on a best-effort basis and may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchBoard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
